An Agreement on Mutual Recognition between the European Community (EC) and the United States of America was signed in December 1998 and became operational in December 2000. It is intended to streamline the Conformity Assessment Procedures for a wide range of telecommunications equipment and facilitates trade between the U.S. and EU member states.
It provides for the mutual recognition of Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) and mutual acceptance of the results of testing and equipment certification procedures undertaken by those bodies in assessing conformity of equipment to the importing country's technical regulations.
For FCC SDoC compliance you may refer to the EU/CE Declaration of Conformity that cites and declares the product’s compliance with FCC CFR 47 Part 15.
EU/CE Declarations of Conformity are available on http://www.hp.eu/certificates.
Alternatively, you can’t find them there you can write an email to techregshelp@hp.com.
