HP publishes a range of compliance certificates & declarations for active products through its public certificate portal: http://www.hp.eu/certificates.
Available documents may include:
- EU/UK Declarations of Conformity (DoC)
- GS Certificates
- India BIS Certificates
- Korea KCC Certificates
- Other country-specific regulatory approvals
Searching for Documents
For best results, search using:
- Marketing Model Name (MMN), or
- Regulatory Model Number (RMN)
When searching by MMN, remove the "HP" prefix from the product name (for example, search for EliteBook 840 G11 instead of HP EliteBook 840 G11).

Why a document may not be available
A document may not appear if:
- The product is new and not yet released.
- The product is obsolete/end-of-life.
- The document is not designated for public distribution.

Safety and Regulatory Notices
Safety and Regulatory Notices are available through: www.hp.com/go/regulatory. These documents contain product-specific safety, regulatory and environmental information.
Datasheets and Product Specifications
HP datasheets and marketing specifications can be found by searching for the product's Marketing Model Name (MMN) on HP Marketing Document Library.
User Guides
User manuals and setup guides are available through HP Support.
To locate a guide:
1. Enter the Marketing Model Name (MMN), Product Number or Serial Number.
2. Open the product support page.
3. Navigate to Setup & User Guides.
4. Select the desired language.
