HP is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals and to addressing potential human rights and environmental risks in its supply chains, in alignment with internationally recognized frameworks, such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs).

HP's responsible minerals program covers tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG), as well as cobalt, nickel, lithium, and natural graphite, as outlined in its Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy. We encourage the use of smelters and refiners that have been independently assessed through recognized industry programs, such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative's Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP). HP also participates in Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) workgroups and industry engagement activities that support direct outreach to smelters and refiners, promote transparency, and advance responsible sourcing practices across global mineral supply chains.

As regulations, industry standards, and stakeholder expectations evolve, HP periodically reviews and enhances its responsible minerals due diligence program, as appropriate
