In the US and Canada, HP has contracted with RBRC to provide over 32,000 retail drop-off locations for rechargeable batteries. RBRC accepts the following types of batteries: lithium-ion (Li-ion), nickel-metal hydride (NiMH), nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd), and sealed lead-acid batteries under 2 pounds.
