Customers are not charged a separate fee for recycling HP products through the Planet Partners Program. HP covers all recycling costs, as required by the WEEE Directive for B2B electronic waste. These costs apply regardless of whether the program is used and are treated as part of HP’s regular operating expenses.     

HP offers free recycling of all electronic equipment once a customer has returned the equipment to an HP designated collection point.  Should the customer wish to consolidate their IT WEEE to greater than 250 kg, HP can offer also offer free transportation to the HP designated collection point.
