The European Directive of concern that sets minimum requirements for external power supplies is:  European Commission Regulation  (EU) 2019/1782 of 1 October 2019 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for external power supplies.

For adapters with rated output power >10 watts, this requirement sets a "no-load" power consumption limit of 0.5 watts at 230VAC, which our adapters all meet.

All of our notebook adapters are rated for more than 10 watts.
